*Asia being the center of unimaginable high tech assembling and nanotechnology,

*Oceania being the center of nanotech-derived-nanobiotechnology-deriived-genetiic-enginnering-based-cloning-sealifefarming (Used to replace harmful in fact all current means of producing the supply of salt water fish, etc) ;

*Africa the center of Quantum Mineral Crystal (Business part esp. in Misc R&F part industrial/cooperative R&D),

*and esp. unimaginably High tech quantum nanobiotechnology, quantum nanotechnology, etc based automated high-tech technoindustrial-operation in North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, etc

• United States the Center of Scientific and technological and industrial R&D

• Middle East the center of global (This will eventually be interplanetary) recycling industry

• Korea the center of Misc R&D

(The basic R&D started on Earth because the nations of the Earth, as a collective whole of a global democracy were not developed and industrialized enough to go to the moon, yet)

• The first settlements on the Moon were gradually established, (With an exception of the Moon is where astrotourist settlements were first created.) because the global democracy gradually became more industrialized, but the major settlements only began to come close to the population of Earth’s human population, when the Earth became fully nanoindustrialed. When this at last happened, Earth civilization began to astro-outsource mostly the blue collar jobs to the moon, which resulted, for the first time the major settlement of the Moon, and

• Once takes place, moon would increasingly be a much larger center of population, business, industry, R&D including Misc R&D, public, private activities, etc; in other words there will be cities on the moon doing unimaginably high tech manufacturing, quantum mineral crystal growing facilities, recycling, High tech quantum automated robotic farming, etc
• The moon is where the processes, methods, etc that were originally discovered and first applied to result in futuristic technology on Earth, were beginning to be improved, advanced! These will eventually help us to make contact when we become advanced enough; as you will see as you read on!
