How to turn IM into reality: Part 1

(How to do it in Theory)
In order for the United Nations System to successfully evolve into the beginnings of a true global democracy, it is crucial that the GLOBAL NONMILIIARISTIC POLIFICATION TREATY WAS ESTABLISHED. (This would be a practical way to help establish a peaceful, and prosperous, and advanced global democracy)
The treaty says that the fewest but richest group of nations, would be the first ones to mostly sell their military service. The rich nations that get money would share and pool resources to help developing nations. This money would also be used for more advanced R&D. The Legislative, Executive, and Judicial parts of a world gov’t part of a global democracy set up laws and regulations to regulate the internet by some nanotechnological means. (More advanced R&D would make this possible) It will regulate the global economy the use of nanotechnologically based electronic even photoelectronic money! But this would not be much more advanced than what scientists currently envision what nanotechnology could do. The World government would also set up laws and regulations encouraging sustainable development as you soon discover in the IM. To begin with R& D doing with sustainable development (FYI: This would include Hydrogen Fuel Cells, biomass, wave energy and esp. my ideas of a reformed solar energy power collector that would molecularly harness the intense infrared radiation that occurs in the Summer!) would start out with researching and developing renewable alternative energy sources as well as applying results of the nanotechnology revolution. However as you will soon discover and learn more in depth in the Intermediate Message, it is crucial that humanity finds ways to COMPLETELY realize the potential [of nanotechnology], apply it once its potential is begun to significantly realized, and esp. the most important of all: ADVANCE THE POTENTIAL OF THE NANOTECHNOLOGY REVOLUTION TO EVENTUALLY WHERE NO ONE ON EARTH CAN EVEN BEGIN TO IMAGINE. PERHAPS THAT IS WHEN OUR DREAMS WILL START TO BE GREATLY REALIZED!
