This is especially important in the field of science, because this would reorganize science to be more efficient. This could also one day be a major factor in reorganizing and making our technology and methods and processes associated with more efficient!
This would best start with the very first successful real life use of nanotechnology. 
*The most important factor on a global scope is cooperation to find and solve the possible early kinks in nanotechnology, so important because it is the next big thing and is extremely promising.
 
This is needed so the actual promise of nanotechnology and any other emerging science and technology can be completely realized in the future!
(For people that don’t know what nanotechnology is:
Nanotechnology is the science and technology of building electronic circuits and devices at single atoms and molecules!) 
**Nanotechnology would affect education, and scientific and technological research and development. It would also help to improve the government by showing how to make better communication possible.
